Super soft and painless to use
As someone with a chronic back injury, this roller does a great job with providing me pain relief without being too firm. It makes doing my physical therapy exercises at home a lot easier and is the perfect size being sure to provide coverage for all of my back without providing any strain on my back unlike other rollers I’ve used

I have back problems and I use this on my back and it works amazing. It’s firm yet feels good and helps my back feel so much better, and its way cheaper than those painful back pods some people buy. And this also can be used for many more things unlike those back pods. I like this so much better!

The best soft roller!
This is the perfect foam roller!!I have issues with my joints and muscles due to a medical condition. I’ve got a few pieces of kit at home to exercise and to stretch. I already had another foam roller that I thought was somewhat soft, but I wanted an even softer one, so I got this one to try. This is absolutely perfect if you are looking for something that won’t dig in or press hard on your muscles. It feels really great on your back especially. It doesn’t overdo the pressure and it really gets into the crevices. It’s also really nice if you are a smaller/slimmer and/or more bony person. If you are you probably have found that some rollers can push too hard into some bones, and this one for me does not. I love it!

The Perfect Roller
For anyone searching high and low for the perfect roller, that is not hard as a rock I have finally found it! I thought I needed a 24 inch one but this 18 inch one serves its purpose very well. It is not too soft or too hard like all the other ones. I could not be happier. I highly recommend this purchase!

My wife and I use these in front of our bathroom sinks to flex our ankles each day. Ones like these were recommended in a class we took and we could not find the ones they used and we bought some that were way too firm, and then found these, which are perfect. Compared to a foam roller, they are softer in my view, which is perfect for feet/ankles. I use mine every day. Love it.
