I charged it completely 100%. Plugged it into my phone, and it has been charging, for hours in my phone, but very very very slow.

Misleading capacity
This power bank is definitely not 12,000 mAh. It only managed to charge my Samsung S23 once, while my other 10,000 mAh power bank can fully charge it twice. It’s also quite bulky, and the kickstand is very weak — it can’t even support the phone’s weight. I’ll be returning it for a refund.

Very disappointing . You’d think with 12,000 mAh it would pack some punch and charge quickly , however nothing is further from the truth . My 10,000 charges much quicker . I guess you get what you pay for .

it does not work properly. the percent sometimes gets stuck at 100 and dies suddenly. there was no white cap on the usb c not that it needs one. also it seems to stop charging my phone at 94% but the wall charger charged it to 100 so something is wrong with this power bank
