Gotta say this is really good
So this is day 2 of having this kit, and ok – I can’t say how it lasts. What I can say is this is a very good buy. All components seem high quality. My old school outside led strip light about 6 or 7 years old quit, I think the transformer. I spent a lot of time comparing offerings. My straight run was about 40’ or about 6’ more than the typical 16.4’ x2 each typical packages but needed to buy 3 packages for the additional 6’-7’. The cost adds up. Having this length meant I would need a larger capable transformer, plus a remote and dimmer. Cost well over a hundred.I decided this brand offering gave me about 68’ of COB strip plus a transformer rated at 200 watt. Would the brightness be too great for my situation? Lumens/foot doesn’t mean much as how much is best. So, I liked this unit’s brightness of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Surely, I hoped, one would be just right. I didn’t want a led light strip with remote for all the crazy colors, fading, flashing, strobing nonsense. Just warm white, and a simple on/off remote. I also wasn’t sure if I could use 6’ of one one of the 34’ length to add to the other 34’ spool. The info says each spool connects to the transformer. I gambled.The final installation was a success. Each 34’ spool comes with leads on both ends, and easy connectors attaching added lengths as needed. I got my 40’ without issue. These are good firm easy connectors, better than other brands I’ve dealt with with. As it turns out, we selected 25% brightness as the best. Since the transformer is up an soffit, I added an outlet remote control unit ($12) so my remote is a simple on/off one. COB led light strips are really nice to deal with and look better than the ones typically seen.I recommend this brand.

I bought these light to light up my custom built in closet. The adhesive is great, easy to install. They are super bright but can be dimmed as well. Quality is great and seem very reliable. Great bang for your buck.

I’m using these in a refrigerated trailer that is permanently installed at my work. They provide a TON of light and were very easy to install. The power supply is also easy to install. The only negative is that the adhesive on the back of the LED light strips sometimes comes off with the paper when you are first starting to remove it to adhere the lights to whatever surface you are attaching it to. Otherwise, the adhesive stuck to very cold metal without any issues. Highly recommend these lights.

High quality and easy to install
This stuff is fantastic for under cabinet and above cabinet lighting. We did the 4000K and found it to be the correct color. Not like a hospital, but not very yellow either. Power supply is great and selectable voltage is a plus. We run 75% and it’s plenty. I did a complete custom install with all soldered connections. Easy to work with and adhesive is good.

ZERO product support.
was very excited to find this product. Then came time to try and install it. Useless. Absolutely useless. I am trying to cut sections of this tape light to fit under sections of deck hand rail, and need to connect my cut sections together. I ordered the right connector, but the oversimplified directions would lead you to believe the cut section slides EASILY into the connector (it does not, in the least, and I have the cuts on my fingers to prove it). There are ZERO videos demonstrating how connectors are put together – to another cut section or to a lead wire. There are also NO videos showing how to use the control box – either to disconnect or connect wires. Unfortunately, I’ve cut all my light sections and now I can’t return it. Useless. I should have known better than to buy something like this off Amazon.

Great kit. Highly recommend
Awesome kit. Used to light up my shelves and with some additional connectors made this easy to setup for multiple shelves. Only thing that wasn’t easy was removing the waterproofing for the connectors but by the end I had it down and can’t complain that it actually was waterproof. The built in dimmer is nice and easy to adjust.
