The Best Goop-Free Moisturizer EVER
Aging has given me increasingly dry and itchy skin. Unfortunately, I have always avoided lotions, creams, even sunscreens because of the goop-factor. Every such product I’ve tried took forever to soak in, felt like a perpetual greasy coating, and (typically) the excess had to be wiped off. My dermatologist recommended this one. I was skeptical, to say the least. To my surprise and delight, AmLactin Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin has no GOOP-factor at all! None! It dissipates/soaks in almost immediately, magically. Also, no smell (love that). I’ve never found a product like it before. I opted for the sensitive skin version. I have no idea if the “regular” version would be as goop-free. Oh, did I mention that it also works? It makes my skin less dry, softer, and smoother. Yeah, it really does that too.

Love this lotion on my very dry flaky skin. In just week I could tell a big difference. Have ordered it again in a jar and it’s much thicker. I only use it every other day in the winter and the one in taller container I like more in the summer. I will keep ordering both of them. They really work well for me. A doctor is the one that said I should try it, so I did!

My Skin is Happy!
AmLactin has improved over the years! The lotion itself is great, but I am so glad that there is no longer a scent. In just a weeks use of twice daily, my skin has improved already. It is soft and smooth, and I can even apply this after shaving without any burn. My daughter has KP on her upper arms and it has even started to clear that, even though I don’t believe that is claims to do so. This buy is completely worth the money!

Effective gentle exfoliating moisturizer
I got this for my boyfriend because he has sensitive skin that is irritated by harsh soaps and ingredients in various skincare and even laundry detergent. Recently he began to have a breakout on his cheeks and nose that looked red and he described as being dry, chapped and stinging. I have no idea what could be the cause of this and without any professional opinion it’s hard to know what to do but I thought he should try this product because it is gentle on sensitive skin, has no strong fragrance and is supposed to exfoliate dead skin. Several weeks later and his skin has cleared up entirely and he really likes this product. I appreciate the large bottle and the pump on the top, which I feel both add to the value. Overall this product has been very effective in this case and I appreciate the fact that it is able to deliver the benefits it claims on the bottle.

I have not used it yet but I did arrive with the top part broken. Thankfully nothing spilled and it is still usable. I did get the weakest one out of the line since I have sensitive skin and will primarily use this on my face and occasionally on the back of my legs.

Highly recommend
Pleasantly surprised! I suffer from psoriasis and have spent countless dollars on lotions. Some work ok but are thicker and can make you feel sticky. This goes on so smooth and after maybe 2-3 minutes you don’t feel “lathered up”, just moisturized! It’s not at all greasy while I won’t claim it heals my psoriasis outbreaks areas, it calms them down. A little goes faster and I think I’m a lifer with this lotion!

Very effective for baby soft skin
Very hydrating and makes my skin super soft. The lactic acid in this body lotion does a great job at keeping me feeling like baby’s skin. I get compliments all the time on how soft my hands or arms are, and my boyfriend loves to rub my feet because he says they’re so soft – so win-win for me!! I do wish it were a little bit less expensive, but I think this is the going rate for this product as I don’t usually shop in stores since Amazon is so convenient. If you but this, be sure to apply to your feet and legs every night and you’ll love how soft they’ve become in no time! The only thing I could think of as a negative is that the Intensive Healing variety is a little bit greasy but it does eventually absorb, and it’s not overly greasy, just a tad. I love AmLactin and have been using it, and the generic version, for years. I highly recommend!!
