This came in a clear sealed zipped bag. There was no smell when I opened it and took it out. The fabric is super soft and comfortable. It doesn’t irritate your skin. It fits nice and flows down. It feels a bit thick and heavy but it’s not when you put it on. Weird but nice. The style and shape are nice too. No bunching anywhere. There were no loose threads or open seams. The neck line was not too low or too high. Nicely made dress. I would wash this on delicate and either hang dry or lay flat to dry. I would recommend this dress.

I think this is a great dress. . . just for whom, I’m not sure. It’s wonderfully soft to touch, but once on, I found it a bit too warm and a bit itchy. That should be relevant only to people who can’t do polyester. The way the tiers hit will be really cute if you have a slender figure; in my case, they accentuated the extra weight I wish I didn’t have (5’5″ and 160 pounds) by making horizontal lines to show off my belly which unfortunately resembles a seven month pregnancy (by the way, this would make a great maternity dress, just not for those of us over 50).The length is too short or too long for me. There are some women who can wear just-above-the-knee hems and look great. I’m not one of them. If this were a mid or ankle length skirt, the longer lines would de-emphasize my overweight a bit. If it were shorter, it would work over leggings or tights; at this length, at least on me, it doesn’t really work that well.On the more positive side, it seems well-made and you can’t beat the price. If I can get the itching factor under control, I’ll probably cut off that lower layer, use it for a scarf or something (scrunchy ankle warmers maybe?), and wear the now mini-length dress or tunic with leggings or tights.The color came true to the color in the listing, and the XL both by the size chart and Amazon’s recommendation was true to size for me.

This dress is cute and true to size, however the fabric is very thin- absolutely see through.I thought it would be thicker material reading the reviews.

Gret dress. Soft and warm. The fit is excellent. I like the overall style as the dress is very flattering. The long sleeves are great for fall/winter and the length is perfect due to falling right at the knees. The quality of the fabric is nice and the material feels as if it will last a long time.
