Almost perfect fit. Good quality. Wish there was an option between regular and tall.
I am 5’7” and 122 lbs. I ordered size XS tall. They fit me very well, especially at the waist. I love that I don’t even have to tie the waist. They just sit on the waist well, very snug, but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable, which is perfect for me. My phone is heavy and doesn’t drag the pants down when it’s in a pocket, which is good. The length is a little long, which causes the pant legs to bunch up a bit at the bottom and make the lower pant legs look wide. I would prefer a more “fitted” look at the lower legs, but you can’t have everything when it comes to buying scrubs. I know that if I ordered regular, they would be too short, so I’m sticking with tall. The pockets are nice, I just wish there was another pocket on the left leg in addition to the right leg. The material is nice quality, not too thin. Stretchy but holds its shape. Overall, very comfortable, so I am happy.Update: the little circular Barco sticker/emblem on the pant leg fell completely off after the very first wash. Now it’s been a while and I have washed the pants several times and they are holding up well, nothing else has fallen off haha.

The only scrubs I’ll buy
I needed another pair of scrub pants and these are my go to. The most comfortable, breathable jogger option and the material is very easy to clean, no stains, no wrinkles. The color options are great and for me, sizing is always consistent. I’m 5’4 and a regular length large fits me perfectly. I would say they sit in-between hip and high waisted and they’d probably be fine for someone a little taller than me. These are my favorite scrub pants for having my phone in my side pocket also.

Comfortable for work
I got these for work. I absolutely love them. They are comfortable. I got these petite large because I’m short. It’s a tad bit loose at the bottom. But it fits great everywhere else. They are breathable.

Three tries to find my size, but I like them
I had to go through three sizes to find the right one for me. For reference, I’m 5’8” 135 lbs. with a pretty straight build. The first pair I ordered were size small. They were pretty flattering when I was standing, but just a touch short. When I sit, the leg cuffs ride up even further. Next, I tried a medium. Way too big in the butt, hips, and thighs for me. Waist was comfortable and length was good, but it wasn’t flattering. So I ordered the small tall. More flattering through the hips and thighs. Almost too long but it will work for me. I do home health physical therapy and some of my visit time is usually spent sitting down, so I really didn’t want a pair that rode up too far at the ankle. The small tall works good for that. I got the Bahama color for now, which is vibrant and matches with my company-issued purple shirt. After I return the small and medium that didn’t fit, I’ll probably buy a couple more pair in other colors. The material is pretty light, which will be great heading in to warmer temps, but if you put anything of weight in a pocket, it does drag the material down a little. I just deal with it. I’ve only worn it a couple times, so I can’t speak much to longevity of the material yet. Overall, nice scrub pants in a current, flattering style.

The ONLY scrubs i’ll buy
Barco One scrubs have my heart❤️ I have found these to be the most comfortable and practical scrub pants of any brand i’ve tried. the side pocket on the leg is perfect for my phone/my hospital device + pens. the front pockets are actually very roomy, and i find that surprisingly, a lot of stuff can fit and actually stay in them(i can’t stand it when stuff is always falling out of my pockets) i do find that these run a tad bit big, but that’s a common theme across the Barco Uniforms Brand(Greys anatomy, sketchers, barco one, etc) Super comfortable material and they offer a slight stretch, which is a NEED for scrub pants imo.

The sizing is really strange and the white ones are very transparent.
The sizing and shape is odd on these. I am a plus-size pear shape, so I sized up because I expected the butt and thigh area to be a little tighter in my usual size. However, even with sizing up, it was really tight across the butt and thigh, but it was also SUPER baggy in the leg for some reason — especially in the ankle. That’s exactly where joggers shouldn’t be really loose. It looks strange. If I sized up to be more comfortable in the upper part, the legs/ankles would be massive. For a visual, it looked like the ankle had the same circumference as the knee/calf which is a really strange cut for joggers. It may have helped a little if the cuff elastic at the bottom was tighter in order to properly cuff the pant or at least touch the leg, but it just hung at the base of the pant, open and limp.The material feels nice though, and I know different shapes work for different bodies, so I still gave it 3 stars. That being said, I had to get the white and they are *very* see-through. When I put leggings underneath, it fixed the issue over my underwear and legs, but then the pockets looked super opaque and stood out even more which still ruins it for me anyway. I’d almost want to give them 2 stars for being so see-through, but I suspect that isn’t really an issue with the other colors, so I didn’t want to skew the overall rating.This pair was just a lose-lose for me all around.

Favorite scrubs for years
I have purchased these scrubs in many colors and will continue to do so. Well worth the price. They are comfortable, breathable, keep me cool, and wick away any sweat from constantly moving around. They never fade or wrinkle. They’re flattering and have tiny air holes in all the right places. I love that they also have so many pockets. I am usually a size 14/16 with wider hips. I purchase size L in pants, which fit great with plenty of give for squatting and bending over. I purchase size XL in the top to give extra room for my hips and coverage of my bum even though my top half is smaller. I just prefer the looser fit up top. I cannot recommend these enough!

I love these scrubs. They are so lightweight and comfortable. I love the lower leg perforated material for air circulation especially because I wear compression stockings every day so it helps keep me cooler. I would say the rise is closer to a high than a mid but not super high so it’s okay. I can handle it considering I hate high-rise. I do wish the side pocket was smaller but that’s not a big enough deal to not recommend them. I am 5’11 and 160 lb but lean. I get the small tall and they fit perfectly. They are still a bit roomy so that I don’t have to worry about bending over and the length is amazing. It’s the only pair of tall scrubs other than the infinity line that is long enough. I own several pairs of these.

They are so comfortable and look amazing, when I showed my bf he said “you look too good in those, you can’t wear that to work” and he was only kinda kidding. My only complaint is the colours pictured in the listing are not accurate to what I received. I ordered 4 colours- ceil blue, hunter green, black and wine. The black obviously are black however the ceil blue is more of a stone blue, the hunter green is more on a emerald green and the wine is more of a ruby, aka the blue is darker than pictured and the green and red are brighter then pictured. Didn’t take a star off though because honestly the fit and comfort make up for it. 10/10 will but again.
