Great boots but need wide width
I originally ordered my size in a MEDIUM width, but the toe was too narrow, and I had to return. I then ordered my size in a WIDE width and they’re perfect! I love these boots, love the flat heel, looks good, fashionable, very comfortable. Very happy with the boots and the price. Thanks!

Get the chocolate brown version!
Love the chocolate brown Dr. Scholl’s Rate Zip. I don’t know if it’s a quality control issue but it is far better made and more comfortable than the black. The insole and the sizing are both different. I can stand in these comfortably for an hour without pain. I purchased a size 9.5 in the brown and black and a size 10 in the black. The 9.5 in the brown is the only comfortable one. For reference my toe box is a little wide but my heels are normal-narrow, so sizing up or wearing wide sizes aren’t helpful for me.

Normally wear a size 9 in shoes, ordered a 9.5 just to be safe and shoes are very tight, definitely size up!

Desperately needed a new pair of new black boots. They fit perfectly and were on sale. Very pleased at the price for that name brand shoe.

Nice looking shoes and comfortable (and I have fussy feet). The shoes run a bit small so order a size up so that you can wear them with socks if needed. Great purchase, have bought other shoes by this brand now.

Amazon sent wrong size. I ordered UK size 6 and they sent UK size 5.5. Too small so I had to return them. Good quality and like them enough to try again so have paid twice for a UK size 6. Second time lucky!
