I could not be happier with it.Note: I purchased a differant smart ring previous to this one and sent it back. It did not include all the functions I needed. Plus it was just a plain looking metal ring and not comfortable to wear because I could feel the probes of the sensors on the inner surface.

It’s super cute but there’s other rings that do more for the same price and no subscription as well. My step dad got just the plain black ring from the same brand and his ring has a whole different app and does way more than this one did so i returned this one and am currently waiting on the plain silver one. The app for this one sucked it was constantly synchronizing and wouldn’t automatically track your stats the only thing it would do automatically is track your steps but you have to go to the app (wait for it to get done synchronizing) and then start the test yourself. It only gets two starts because it was really cute at least but not worth it to me when there’s others for the same price that do more

It’s so pretty but tracking is awful
I am so in love with this ring but the app is awful! I started my other ring, and fit bit which I’m trying to replace… I wore both rings over night and put the fit bit on in the am. The other two show my steps over 3k while this one has me at 1200. This is a serious discrepancy. I’ve attempted to reach out the the app developer to add in calibration as I fully believe that’s the issue. I was really hoping to have a secondary and possibly third ring for tracking so that I can switch it up… I just can’t trust this one’s tracking until calibration is added in the app.

Read fine print
You need to provide a credit card number to get an account to run the AP. They did not recognize the card number I used with Amazon and when I called support they told me to call back in three hours. While going through this I found the “fine print” that said online manuals were available for 2 days. If you did not cancel in that time there would be a $34 charge, per month. This is ridiculous. I contacted Amazon to process a return and dropped the package off within 3 hours of receipt. I would give this vendor negative stars if I could. Amazon was great and I am very glad I made the purchase through them to facilitate the return.
