Why my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?

Industry-standard formula: (Power bank capacity × 65%) ÷ Device battery capacity ≈ Number of Charges.

How long does it take to 100% recharge?
It depends on the power of the wall charger used:
27W charger – 3.9 hrs, 15W fast charger – 6.8 hrs.

More than enough to keep my devices powered for a day.
Very nice battery bank. Feels solid and durable. Love the large display showing the battery percentage. Can fast charge my Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra several times and run my heated vest for hours. Also love the built-in cable for those occasions where I forget to bring a longer charging cable. Will definitely consider getting another one for my daughter in college.

I really couldn’t ask for more at the price I got it at, especially with all the features it has. It has quick charging output, small size, built in USB-C cable that sorta acts like a loop handle, display with percentage of battery life, and a small LED flashlight you might use once in a blue moon. Build quality and design seems great and doesn’t feel cheap in the hand.Since I haven’t bother to upgrade all the charging bricks at home, this portable charger is technically the fastest phone charger I have, and it seems to hit close to the rated 45W charging speeds. I’m hoping it lasts a long time.

I really like this powerbank. I’ve had a few, this is the Goldilocks powerbank. Charges my Samsung s21 plus phone in super fast mode. It’s also good for multiple charges.Everyone has a canary when they don’t get the braided cable. Looks like they got the message bc mine has it. I just don’t think it’s very important. But mine has it.I’m giving it 5 stars.Little flashlight is nice too.Here’s one drawback to consider and I have seen this on other reviews: this receives a charge pretty slowly. It doesn’t bother me but if you have to have it then maybe this is not for you. It will charge your devices fast but when this is dead/low it’s slow to recharge.Aside from that this is just what I am looking for after I have learned from years of using these.

The charging speed is incredible, it is a bit heavier than I would like it to be, but at least is small, u like the modern designe. I searched a lot before opting for this one, I’m happy with my choice, good value for the money. I’ll update if I have any problem, but so far so good.

Size and Performance are Awesome
This charger is awesome! It’s compact and rapid charges my Galaxy s25plus. Charging from almost zero to full was as quick as plugging into an outlet and only used 15% of the chargers capacity. I’m still a little on the fence on whether the best cable option is built in (as this one is) or attached via lanyard (i.e., attach or not), but so far very satisfied with this purchase.

Has worked great. Does get hot after extended charging but might actually be heat from the phone rather than charger. The built in cord is convenient and great for both charging devices and topping off the battery itself.

This power bank holds its charge really well, and charges phones and tablets much faster than others I’ve used. I recently took it on a trip to Europe and I was super happy with it – good for multiple charges, compact, and the built-in cable is a nice touch. I have an older iPhone with a lightning port, and purchased a cheap usb-c to lightning adapter that just attached to the end of the cable, so I could charge my phone or tablet with no additional cables. It is compact and a little bit heavy – you could probably go with the 10000mAh option if weight is a concern.
