Perfect oversized denim
This is a great this denim jacket! The oversized fit is just right—comfortable without looking sloppy, and it gives that trendy, relaxed “boyfriend” vibe. The denim is a great weight: sturdy enough to feel like a quality jacket, but not so heavy that it’s uncomfortable for layering. I’ve styled it over everything from dresses to hoodies! (It didn’t smell great when it arrived)

Quality and fade look nice
The quality is nice. Love the pockets. I got the liter color option and it has a really nice wash to it. I am almost 5′ 9″ and the sleeves are short. I wouldn’t recommend this jacket to people who are 5’9″ because of the length. Also I am 135 and the coat is definitely oversized. I got a small and can wear it over a hoodie (that isnt oversized) which is what I wanted. The 4 stars is for the sleeve length I think someone 5’4″ to 5’7″ would love the length. There was a bit of a smell but I just washed it and hung it to dry so the dryer didn’t infuse the smell with its heat. I think I should probably do this one more time.

DON’T BUY IT! THE CHEMICAL SMELL IS UNBEARABLE!
DO NOT PURCHASE! The quality is good yes, the fit is cute, etc. BUT THE SMELL!! It’s a mix of bleach and chlorine. I assume from an acid wash to get the distressed look. I really wanted to like it, but even after 3 WASHES where it was on a heavy cycle, a ton of detergent and the only thing in the machine, it still reeks.I also gave it a try to see if the smell would dissipate if I wore it or kept it outside for a night.. Rashes all over my arms and neck and gave me a headache towards the end of the day. Don’t purchase unless you want to be breathing in chemical fumes.

Cute, but cheap materials
This jacket was cute and looked how I wanted it to look, but had two huge flaws that led to me returning it. First, the buttons are really cheap and flimsy and make a rattle noise. I don’t trust them to not pop off easily. The other issue is the smell. It has a very strong chemical smell. I don’t want to have to wash it and hope the smell goes away.

I was so excited to get this jean jacket… I’ve been looking for an oversized JJ and couldn’t find one that I liked. I tried a couple of different Levi’s ones and they just didn’t scratch my itch, so were returned. I received this jacket today and I have to say, it is simply amazing! The colour is perfect… not too light, not too dark. I love how the wash is darker around the front / breast pockets. I also like the tiny bit of red ‘reinforcement’ stitching at the front, waist pockets (you can’t really see this in the photos, but it’s subtle and looks awesome). The material is soft and slouchy but still thicker and not flimsy, it feels warm and of a high quality. The buttons do jangle around a bit, but I’ve never found a jean jacket that doesn’t have noisy, jangly buttons. The fit is perfection and WAY better than the Levi’s jackets I tried… it’s oversized for sure but not so much that it looks sloppy or simply too big. I bought my usual size, a small, and I couldn’t have wished for it to fit me better. I could very comfortably wear a thick hoodie underneath, with room to spare / without restricting my arm movements or anything. I’m 5’4″, 130 lbs (27 waist in jeans). If you wanted it extra oversized or baggy, I would size up 1 size. Overall, this was worth the wait and 100% met my expectations, I highly recommend… esp. for the price; I would have def. paid double for something this nice. Very pleased customer over here!! PS- I’d be remiss to address the ‘smell’ others have raised… for me, it really wasn’t that bad. I took a huge sniff when I opened the package bc I was curious about others’ complaints of chemical smell. IMO, it does have a SLIGHT bleachy odour, but it’s not enough for me to even worry about washing it before I wear it. That said, I’m not really overly sensitive to that stuff so I wouldn’t even have mentioned it if I hadn’t read what others experienced.

Good quality but difficult customer options. A size guide would be helpful as they fit 1-2 sizes larger than the recommended size amazon suggests. Also hard to return as UPS is the only paid for option and they are not located everywhere.
