does not come with lace gem thing, the print is like a low quality upscaled image, the material is good, the pockets are a little smaller then i thought they would be and they hang loose inside the jacket. im going to cut out the pockets inside, make them larger and attach them to bottom jacket seam, if you want this jacket go for a more basic print and it will look good. anything else will just look upscaled and goofy
