Loved it immediately!
I’m already a fan of other Neutrogena products so it was an easy choice when I decided my current face wash was not doing the job. I’ve only used it twice but I immediately felt a difference in my skin from the first use. I have psoriasis that sometimes flares up on my face and can be painful and this product actually felt relieving to use. As you would expect it has a mild scent and is an excellent moisturizer! Compared to more expensive products I have tried, I would say this just feels better to me and is a better value. It’s light, never oily, cleans well, and is a surge of much needed moisture. I definitely recommend. Adding this to my face routine!

Cleanses perfectly without irritation
I needed a facial wash that was going to cleanse my face while hydrating it as my skin is dry. I bought this at the recommendation of my dermatologist and I love it! I use one pump, work into a lather and gently rub in a circular motion all over my face and neck. This cleanses so well without stripping my skin or making it feel tight afterwards. I love that there’s no fragrance or any harsh chemicals in it. I love the pump and how it dispenses the perfect amount. My skin looks so hydrated and feels so smooth now. If you have really dry skin and are looking for a gentle cleanser, this is it! This is my definite go to from now on.

Great gentle cleanser
Took off a star because the last pump broke after only two uses. I’ve been using this gentle cleanser for a year for morning and night as a basic cleanser, and it works wonderfully. I have combo skin, oily t-zone and some dry spots and it really helped moisturize my whole face. Never dries out my skin, but clears dirt from my skin. The bottle lasts a good amount of time and is affordable.

Love these-gentle and removes most makeup- use drop of eye oil to get mascara off, and large enough to turn over and apply my clenser- moisturizer to remove rest! My face doesn’t break out from, does not over dry: feels clean!
