I bought these as a less expensive alternative to a popular brand and was honestly surprised by how good they are. They’re super warm, cozy, and comfortable. Update review: below you’ll see I had an issue with my purchase. But recently the seller reached out to me and offered a refund for the slippers. I appreciated their customer service and that they read the reviews. Because they cared enough to reach out to me, I will recommend the slippers. Plus the replacement ones were new and in good shape.The slippers are cute, soft, and plush, and the color is nice. The heel is thick enough to provide good support and comfort.However, I was very disappointed to receive what appears to be a used pair. I bought these as a gift, and it feels shady to send a product that someone else has already worn without informing the customer. Now I have to deal with returning or replacing them, which is complicated because the recipient lives far away.When I pay for a new item, I expect a new item. If you’re shopping on Amazon (or anywhere else), be sure you’re actually getting what you paid for. If I wanted used, I have a few trusted local spots for that.I’ll update my review after I receive the replacement.

These slippers are great for what I need. These are very warm, durable and comfortable. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures. I wear size 8 and these fit exactly how I wanted them to. They are snug, yet there is room for a thick sock. I walked outside during an ice storm with these on, and the grip on the bottoms are good, so I did not fall on the ice. Honestly, they keep my feet very warm because of how thick the inside is. I’ve only had them for a week, so I’m not sure how long they will last. But I predict these will hold up pretty well for a long time. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
