Perfect goldilocks roller!
I bought this one, because it was just like the one I used in physical therapy. It’s a goldilocks type of thing. Hard, but not too hard. Has some give, but not too soft. It’s the best blend to do my therapy exercises. Highly recommend this! It’s not the cheapest, but its definitely worth it!

This thing is heavenly!!! I have a rumble roller. Great for my legs but too aggressive for my back and arms. I got this because it was long enough to do all my back techniques and it says it helps with pain. This thing was like heaven to roll my back. I even drilled a little. Everything else I used just hurts. Plus it helps. It is expensive but it is well made and works.

It’s firm and way longer than most usual foam rollers
I love the long length that allows me to do a good roll on my entire back or for pelvic exercises. It’s a good firmness without being too hard, although I wouldn’t really recommend this to a complete newbie to foam rolling as it may require some getting used to. The long length also means that storage is going to be a point to consider, however it’s one of the best rollers I’ve ever used and am really happy with it!

This is a great roller but was a bit on the pricey side. With that said I’d still like to purchase the travel size. This size is very big but great for home use.

“Goldilocks” of Foam Rollers!
I have been foam rolling daily since receiving the Lo Rox roller and feel amazing! The roller is the perfect density (IMO) and has tiny “nubs” on it which help to relieve any aches you have going on–as well as keep the roller in place on carpet or a yoga mat. It’s also long enough to support your entire spine vertically when doing other exercises. I ended up ordering this same roller for my mom as a mother’s day gift and she loves it as well! Highly recommend! [I also look at it as an investment…I’m not going to spend less money on multiple foam rollers that I might end up giving away. I just ordered the best one, one time!]

Fantastic roller. I’ve owned several until I purchased this one. I tossed them all now that I’ve experienced the Lorox. It’s firm but has a bit of cushioning to it. It is also long and allows for fully extension through various roller moves. It is shorter in height than others I’ve tried and that makes it ideal.

Lauren Roxburgh is great and very knowledgeable. This foam roller is a little firmer than I was expecting, but it’s supposed to be the best for pilates and restoring fascia. It might hurt if you were to use it to recover from injury.
