I bought this because of the good reviews and I need something for a tight muscle in my neck so I wanted something small. It feels good while I have it there but once I remove it, my neck feels the same. It also is difficult to turn on, I have arthritis in my thumb and so a waste of money because apparently you can’t return these items.

My doctor recommended gentle massage for some facial scars. I found this and for five months used it every morning while the coffee was brewing. It was working great and then it up and died. I’m so mad. I don’t know if I should buy another or find a different product.
