Good value and product
Well made product with 6 different resistance level bands , an easy to assemble bar with adjustable straps that help to increase or decrease resistance, handle and foot straps that can be used in multiple ways for upper or lower body exercises , sturdy velcro ankle straps as well as a door anchor. There are many different full body resistance exercises shown in a large training poster that is included as well. I have used this for several weeks and absolutely love it !

Overall best home gym
Suple simple, portable, and versatile workout! You can pretty much do anything you can think of with these! The band resistance can be added up to 60 lbs which is amazing! The pole is super sturdy, and the accessories are top quality! Great value!

Great quality, but some minor complaints…
(4.5 stars) Product is good quality and I enjoyed working out with the set. I specifically ordered the pro because I wanted the higher quality attachments and bands, and the quality did not disappoint. But hey sent me a red 40 lb band instead of pink, which defeats the purpose of ordering the pink se. I am also disappointed in the variety of resistances available between the sets. I wanted to purchase another band set from this company but they are twice as long as the ones with this set, so I wouldn’t be able to combine them with the bands in this set and the longer set wouldn’t work well with the bar unless I rolled them over the bar multiple times. Overall, I’m satisfied and enjoyed the workout and won’t be returning, but it’s difficult to perform movements correctly and fully with the higher resistance and I’d like to be able to move up by increments of 5 lbs. I would’ve honestly paid more if they had a set with more resistance options including 5 lb (I.e. adding 5, 10, and 20 lb resistances to this set). That would’ve been the perfect set. But, regardless of resistance options, if the band was the correct color, this would probably be a 5 star review. I do hope that they offer replacement bands, more resistance options, and band sets of the same size/construction quality to use with this pro bar set in the future though. I would definitely purchase if they did.

This is amazing!
I have been struggling to find an exercise regimen to match my incredibly busy schedule, my chronically stressed-out lifestyle, and my physical conditions that make it harder to perform certain exercises. I get plenty of cardio from running around between meetings, and when I try to do HIIT or anything like mat pilates at home, I manage to quickly overwork myself, and then my adrenals are shot and I am even more stressed. But this exercise set is PERFECT. It allows me to incorporate strength training into my life to target the muscles that need the most attention from my sitting at the computer for many hours.The set is surprisingly good-quality. I was completely expecting to get some cheap plastic, but it’s really sturdy and nice. It also comes with a nice big poster with images of a bunch of different exercises you can do, showing which groups of muscles those exercises would target. This is absolutely perfect for me. I hate having to follow a video tutorial because it isn’t easy to tell if you’re following the exercises correctly all the time. With a picture that shows which muscles are supposed to be targeted, it is easy to tell if you are doing it right because if you are, you will feel it in those muscles, and if you aren’t, you won’t.Also, I love that it has so many options and is so personalizable. I am recovering from a wrist injury, which makes exercises like push-ups and mountain climbers impossible. Yet, I’ve been wanting to rebuild muscle for a long time. This set allows me to do that without aggravating my injury.This is the first time in years that I don’t have to get external motivation to exercise, and the first exercise ever that I am willingly and eagerly coming back to. I have had it for a couple of weeks, and I feel significant improvement in my muscle tone and strength, and my overall health.

Love this! Easy to assemble. Comes with a lot. Comes with a warranty and product support. Also comes with a diagram of a lot of exercises to do and how to do them with the bar. Seems great quality so far. The bands are good quality, and definitely what they say they are resistance wise. You can easily take apart and store or travel with it. Will recommend to everyone i know.

Met All Expectations
This is a great set. Never had bands before. Comes packaged very nicely in a sturdy box. Has a workout sheet with it. It was a great way for me to start exercising again. The bands are good quality- I’ve been using the , the bar, and the straps now for almost 3 months and have toned up and lost 30 lbs. would definitely recommend this set whether you already exercise just to change up your routine or if you are just starting out

Great set to elevate home workout
I have been looking for home workout equipment and this was perfect to elevate my routine. It has been easy to use and comes with a poster of workout examples which have been a great starting point for establishing a workout routine. It even comes with a drawstring bag for easy storage of the set. Great value for the cost.

Adjustable Strap system is poorly designed
Comparing the Gaia Bar and this one I would choose the Gaia. The adjustable straps on this one are a pain to use. The left side had too much space between the strap and the bar so it slid around when using it causing asymmetric balance of the bar. I had to find a make shift spacer to insert in the gap. I like the thickness of the bar and it is comfortable to grip. The Gaia bar is thinner but the stretch chords are rolled easily around it with a flick of the wrist to adjust length when switching exercises. So much easier to use that way! I tried rolling the straps of this one to get around the awkwardness of adjusting with the clip and they wouldn’t roll evenly. This set has better hand and feet grips. As far as the additional grips, I Love the ankle strap and hand grip/stirrup. The door strap ended up at the hall closet door since it is the only door with space on each side so it can be used. The clasps on the bands are easy to configure with the grips and are sturdy. I purchased the longer bands to supplement this set and hooked them to a wall bracket so I can avoid the awkward adjustable straps on the bar.

Very unhappy. The middle piece cannot screw into the other 2 pieces. The replacement one was the same. Very disappointed. Quality looked good, but will need to look at another brand.
