Really happy with this purchase- lightweight and great sound
This is my first time trying open ear headphones, and I really like these Raycon ones! When you open them the quality feels nice. Took me a moment to figure out how to put them on, but it’s a really cool design. The earbuds don’t go in the ear, they float above which I think is better for my ears. I was surprised at how lightweight they feel when I have them on. It’s really comfortable!The sound quality is great too- super clear and good volume too. It blocked out other sounds well. Because it’s floating it’s tempting to put the volume all the way up but I recommend just keeping it lower than you think, and they’ll work great.

Okay, I admit that I was wrong. These are great ear buds. Sound quality, comfort, battery life, it’s all good. In fact it’s more than good. The sound is as loud as you want while never drowning out your surroundings. They’re great for use in environments and situations where you want to remain in contact with your surroundings, such as a conversation or receiving directions. They’re excellent.

Great lightweight earbuds
Lightweight and work great. I’ve tried so many earbuds and these have been the best so far. They sit outside my ears so they don’t hurt the inside of my ears. The wires that go behind my ears are comfortable. They work well for my work needs. I’m not sure how they would be for heavy exercise but for being on the phone a good part of the day they work well. People say they can hear me clearly on them as well so I feel the sound quality is good too. They fit well. I think they are a good value for the money.

Really good ear buds!
I really like my clip on ear buds. I have funky ears, so I can’t use regular ear buds, but these fit perfectly. Great sound, light weight and comfortable. I think they are well worth the price and would recommend to anyone who is looking for clip on ear buds. My only issue is with the button on the side that is used to control them. There is no delineation of just where the button is, I was expecting an actual button to press, but it is more tap in the general area on the ear piece to use. It works fine, but just a bit of a learning curve to get used to them. All in all, I really like them.

Good value
I am a custodian at a middle school and love the fact that they are open ear so I can hear what’s going on around me. The sound is good and have had no issues with battery life. They are comfortable and I even forget at times they are still on. Obviously with them being open ear if you are sweeping or doing something loud it can drown them out some. They pair to my phone super quick and have had no issues with making phone calls with them I would buy these again.

Okay at first but broke within the first 2 months
I’ve been using these for about 2 ish months and they already broke. The speaker covers have fallen off of both sides multiple times and one got stuck inside the earbud itself when trying to put it back on. I can’t get it out for 2 reasons: the hole is small, and the speaker cover is MAGNETIC and is being attracted to the magnet inside it that is used for the charging case. That’s part of the reason they likely started falling off—because the magnets in the charging case loosened the seal on the covers. Maybe some super glue could keep them on but I am not gonna be able to get the cover that got stuck out of there and I don’t have any super glue on hand.As far as the quality of the product before it broke it was alright. I probably would have given it a 2, maybe 3, star review if it didn’t break on me. The sound quality is okay, not great. The ability to hear your surroundings is pretty nice with the open ear design. However, in louder areas the amount of sound you can hear is very minimal compared to over the ear headphones or in the ear earbuds, especially since noise cancellation isn’t an option for these as far as I know.Also the touch interface is not good. I would much prefer buttons to a touch sensor. The pause tap often gets triggered when I don’t mean to and doesn’t trigger when I do tap it purposefully. Another thing, because of the loud area limitations, I hold one earbud more into my ear to hear it better and sometimes when I do that it turns off the earbud because it was “held for 5 seconds” despite me holding the sides of the earbud.I will say battery life is decently good. I can typically use my earbuds for most of the day without it dying on me. They claim 8 hour battery life for the earbuds, which seems lower than it actually is to me, but it could just be because of less use at some points in the day. The charging case has a battery life of 36 hours and that is also decent. I can charge my earbuds to full around 3 or 4 times before the case needs to recharge. I have seen better on other products but I think this part is respectable.But overall I didn’t really enjoy this product. The glaring issues made it hard to just listen to music or watch shows or videos. I’m always fiddling with it to get the sound right and I don’t think that’s what I need in my life. I kind of just want a “plug-and-play” experience with my audio and this wasn’t it for me.

Not great…not terrible
They are light weight and thats nice. Im not big on the open ear though. Its hard to get them to stay in an area where the sounds comes through clear. I keep having to readjust them to continue to listen to music. The touch is far to sensitive. I touch it to readjust and my music pauses. Try to unease it and it won’t register my touch. Its nice to be able to hear some outside noise, like when someone’s talking to me, but that being said anyone working with power tools near me all I can hear is the power tool. I would much prefer an in the ear bud that also wraps around my ear. I bought these for the around the ear design. Most in ear buds just fall out of my ear as I work.

EDIT – Feb 2026- Bought a 2nd pair (for myself) and they are just as great! I have actually let them die b/c I forgot they were on my ears!! The teal is just as gorgeous as the blue!!BUY THEM!!!So I bought a different style of open ears a while ago to see if they were something I would like… and turns out, I am not sure where these have been all my life!😲I bought these (as a gift) but tried them and WOWZA! They are easy to hook, clear as a bell, and battery lasts a long time! The function of these is perfect – hearing the call, yet remaining cognizant of surroundings.Want a good pair of open ears? BUY THEM!!

The best on ear buds I have ever had. My ears cannot tolerate anything in them. Not even the airpod style. These ear buds give very a good, well rounded sound profile although the bass can be a bit punchy. The ability to select different equalizations help. Theu are so light that I have often forgot I still have them on after the playing stops. I have not found a way to knock them off my ears yet either.Don’t get me wrong, the are not a Bose headset. But for every day listening, you have comfort, clarity, and a ton of battery. Very happy with my purchase.
