Sizing Kit – Worth Buying!
The sizing kit worked great! I wanted to replace a much cheaper fitness ring and figured the sizing would probably be the same (size 10). I figured it was worth the kit price to double check – and it was delivered quickly. It DID fit slightly tighter than my old ring so I wore the sizer for a couple of days. By the time I ordered the ring, I was reassured that it would fit comfortably and could be easily removed for charging even if my fingers were slightly swollen. My new ring fits perfectly and is MUCH more accurate. The app is definitely superior and much easier to use. Buy it!! 🙂

BEST Health Ring on the Market
There are several rings on the market that monitor your health and I have tried several (except Oura – I refuse to pay a subscription after forking over hundreds of $$). I have paid between $45 – $299 and all of them run out of juice after about 3-4 days. But this one from Renpho is the BEST!! I paid about $187, there is no monthly subscription fee, it is very accurate and connects to the app in my phone with NO ISSUES. I didn’t order the ring sizer. I just ordered the same size as all of the other rings I previous purchased and it was a perfect fit. The most absolutely best thing about it is that the battery life lasts 9 – 10 days between recharging. Now I will say that the life span depends on how many times you connect to the app to check on things but I could check it every night and morning and at lease a couple of times per day and that was still the amount of life I consistently got from it between recharge times. It can track just about everything the apple watch will except the new apple watches will detect sleep apnea where Renpho does not. Also this ring is eligible for FSA purchases. It is a little bit thicker than the others but is not impeding and it isn’t weighty. I don’t even notice I am wearing it. Again, if you are shopping for a health ring and just don’t know which one to choose, this one is the ONE!

A must before ordering a chunky smart ring. Not only do you get the size right, you get to feel a ring on a finger you may not already have a ring on. And you may discover that’s not the best finger for another ring. Just saying.

Good but not quite what intended
Bought this for my hubby and I, trying to help track sleep and sleep disturbances for things like sleep apnea. This is NOT the product for that! It does track your sleep and many other things, but unlike something like an Apple Watch, does not identify disturbances of that nature. Outside of that, it’s a great tool to track your health if you don’t like using a watch.

Excellent buy, very happy with this.
I recently purchased this ring and can confirm it is of excellent quality. The app is super easy to navigate, you can sync it with Fitbit and other health related apps. It monitors your sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, steps, calories burned, exercise and you can even input aspects of your diet. I haven’t tested it yet but I believe you can also pair it with a smart scale. It is a little on the large side so it definitely seems more oriented towards men but from one customer to another I say this is a good purchase.

Largest size is not particularly large
As long as you know these are for small to not large sized fingers. 13 is the biggest and I almost needed one larger but I do not have large fingers.The box was nice but this is a weird item as you need it only to figure out your size before ordering your smart ring. They almost should have a forced return policy to reduce waste.Sleep with it on to so how it goes over night.But hard to go wrong with such a simple product

Issues with syncing and counting steps
I paid for a new device, but suspect I might have been given a “refurbished” or defective unit. Instructions say it required a 1.5 hour charge before set up, but both the ring and case were fully charged 100% out of the box. Anyway, the device constantly disconnects and at least once per 24 hours I have to put the ring in the case just to get it to sync/update stats. So basically when this happens, I can’t take active readings or see recent stats if I don’t have the case readily available. The ring looks great and is comfortable. The step-counting feature is wildlyinaccurate. Every morning I wake up with 200-400 steps taken while sleeping. I sat on the couch for 2 hrs yesterday, completely motionless, and somehow logged almost 3,000 steps in that time. I mostly got this to check my heart rate through the day and track my sleep. Both features work well as long as the device decides to connect. Im on day 5 of wearing my ring and it did not track my sleep at all last night even though i never took the ring off. I like this ring but I think I’ll be asking for a replacement, so i can give the product a second chance.
