Cute colors.. Great stretching tool for pre-workout, light-weight, easy to store in my drawer or a small box in the closet or under the bed. They’re thick and durable, good quality, and 4’9″ is good length, so it has nice stretch or resistance. The hand grip is good and comfy too. I’m satisfied.

J’utilise ces bandes pour des exercices de physiothérapie à force modérée. Les 3 niveaux de résistance sont convenables pour mon usage, j’utilise la plus faible et la moyenne résistance pour l’instant. J’avais acheté d’un autre vendeur sur Amazon mais elles étaient trop difficiles, je ne fais pas de musculation de type Hercule, juste des exercices de physiothérapie, et celles-ci vont très bien pour faire travailler mes muscles. Les bandes sont durables, je les utilise depuis 3 mois et pas de signe de dégradation.
