Great bands!
I ordered these because I started going to hotworx and needed some bands. These are great because you can switch out the bands and not have to carry around a bunch of different handles. I have been using these in the sauna and they have held up great.

The bands have great elasticity. These bands can be used in a number of ways to get a great full work out in. You can double the bands for more strength if needed. This has been wonderful for me since starting physical therapy and I can replicate almost 100% of the exercises that we do there with these bands. These are a very functional and space saving alternative to weights and a gym membership. So far the quality has been great and they hold great tension.

Nothing beats a workout with pinks bands.
I started track Pilates and needed the bands. Anything that comes in pink is great. I like the weight selection and the ease to use them. . The price was affordable.
