I’ve had two of the expensive and popular smart rings. They did track well; however, I did not like how they looked on my hand. They looked like a clunky men’s wedding band. DOESN’T Monitor Blood Pressure!!!
Well let start by saying this ring DOES NOT monitor blood pressure which was the whole reason I was purchasing this particular ring. It does work well, app was easy to set up and does track steps, calories, heart rate pulse ox, stress levels and sleep. The fit is also good, I bought the ring sizer kit to get the right size. Do wish they did 1/2 sizes though. It also monitors various exercises but no bp. Comments by other buyers say it does but…seller replied with a No it doesn’t. Disappointed in the sales tactics from the seller.
