Absolutely love this ring. Who knew that keeping track of your steps/BP/Oxygen Levels and sleep could be so easy. The set up was so easy / automatic and by checking the app on my phone it tells when I need to recharge my ring. Would recommend it highly. Only drawback is that is seems to run a bit small. The price was great and functions in the background without having to do a thing.

Solid smart ring with good accuracy and quick charging
This smart ring charges quickly and holds a charge for about 2–3 days, which is great for daily wear. It connected to my phone app without any issues and gives consistently good readings. When I compare the heart rate, SpO₂, and blood pressure measurements to actual medical devices, it seems to be reasonably accurate.The only drawback is that I ordered one size and received a different one, so I had to wear it on my middle finger instead of my first finger. Aside from that, it’s a very pretty ring with well‑done enameling and feels well made.

Ok so I have only had this ring for 24 hours, but let me tell you… it is amazing! 🤩 the fit is perfect, it is a little smaller than the normal size of a regular ring so take that in mind. I have been wearing it since I got it, battery hasn’t hardly moved. No it doesn’t connect to Apple health or I imagine androids version of health but it has its own app. This one doesn’t has a subscription fee, it also does almost everything the $400 ring does, tracks blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen, your steps, sleep pattern. I have a problem with low blood pressure, I pass out because of it, this helps me check it before I go do something or while standing so I know to sit before I do. it’s 100% but it was pretty close when we checked against my machine.

Super cute & not as bulky as I thought! It works, I mainly got it to see if I liked it before buying something more expensive.The app was super glitchy it was hard to set up & required exiting out restarting & putting the same info in repeatedly but once you set it up your good to go!
