This ring doesn’t have an alarm clock function, but it does have a menstrual cycle monitoring function.
How to use the camera function
You need to turn on the camera switch on the setting interface. When SmartRing is connected to the app, both device side and app side can be operated to take pictures.
Why didn’t the SmartRing start counting steps when I started walking?
In order to reduce the error, the SmartRing sets an initial value of 13. When the real-time step count is greater than 13 steps, it will officially start counting steps from step 13, and store data once an hour.
Heart rate monitoring has no data?
1. Please check if automatic heart rate measurement is enabled on the app’s device page.
2. Ensure the light on the back of the ring flashes during heart rate measurement.

Ring is pretty. APP is horrible. Have messaged seller…no response. I messaged feedback and emailed APP support for this ring and another brand and no response. The APP is horrible. Avoid any product that uses Smart Health App

Paint peeled off
The ring works great but if you’re buying it because your favorite color is pink save your money. The cheap acrylic paint pealed off after 3 days of being worn. It’s still a very cute ring but it’s not pink and it’s kind of rough to wear now. Probably going to buy something else.

Pretty smart fitness ring
I have smart watches, but it can get in the way in some of my daily activities. I tried this smart ring, and it works better for my lifestyle. It was quick to charge up. Downloading and installing the Smart Health app was straightforward. Connecting my phone to the smart ring via bluetooth was easy. What I like is to monitor my sleep pattern/cycle that I have not been able to do via my smartwatch since I don’t wear my watch to sleep. It has a lot of features. The statistics I do track most are heart rate, blood pressure, calories burned, number of steps and distance covered. Quality is so-so. I won’t totally rely on the numbers until I trust they are correct. I will still wear my smartwatch to compare the stats; right now, they do not match. I do like the design with the pink & blues colors and flowers. Overall, it’s very functional. Price is moderate.
