Perfect rigidity
This item works wonderfully for excercises that my physical therapist gave me for my back issues. I originally purchased the high density roller which was too hard and hurt me. This one is perfect rigidity and does. Or cause me more pain. Love the color as well.

Great Foam Roller!
This foam roller does a great job rolling my back. It provides plenty of support and feels like it will last for a long time. Aesthetically, it is a very good looking foam roller. My old foam roller was a dull grayish black and had the texture of a pool noodle, but this one has an attractive design and feels much softer to the touch (but firm enough for rolling on). It is a bit pricier, but you get what you pay for, which is a quality foam roller.
