An Apple Watch user for a very long time at least 15 years or more. And I love the accuracy of this watch. I had to wear it through four or five workouts before I actually posted a review. When I tell you this watch is so accurate once I figured out how to use the app and to sync my type of workout to the watch, cause you can only have 12 workouts on there at a time – I was in business. I’m now looking for more bands because I think this has totally replaced my Apple Watch and it’s not no hype either. I downloaded the app it tracks everything. It works better than my Apple Watch quality is so worth it. Not to mention the battery life OK. My Apple Watch always dies midday because I do activity I work out and all of that when I tell you, I had a full workout track my activity did an entire day started my watch with 91% by the way by the end of the entire day, I have 75% battery life left so I really didn’t even have to take it off because it does track your sleep pattern as well. The face is big and clear. It has a lot of nice faces to choose from. Some you have to purchase for $.99 but the free ones are amazing. There are lots to choose from that are free. It’s definitely tracks my steps very accurately, which I try to get 10,000 steps in a day. Like don’t walk run to the checkout get this smart watch. No smoke no hype just facts. Trust me you will not regret this purchase I promise.

I love the watch, the only down falls that it has is 1) would like a better protection screen and the ones the suggest keep peeling off. 2) you can’t replay even a ok, thank you or anything short for a text.Otherwise it’s a great watch and a keeper.

Even though there is a loop to hold the band in place, it often slips further down than I want it, causing the end to stick out awkwardly.I still have not gotten used to the weight of the watch face—possibly due to its water resistance rating, though I do not plan on testing that. Its height, at two inches, also adds to the bulky feel.The watch face is well-designed—scrolling through the options is smooth and responsive, and the text is clear and easy to read. The layout feels natural, making it simple to navigate through different features at a glance.BATTERY IMPACT ON PHONEThe VeryFit app, the companion app for the SOUYIE IDW28 2025 Smart Watch, is currently showing as the third highest in battery usage on my phone at 12%. It has fluctuated over time—previously ranking fifth at 8%—which raises some concerns about how much power it may be using in the background.BATTERY LIFE ON WATCHWhile the battery life is impressive, based on my experience, it does not appear to meet the advertised claim of “7–10 days of regular use, with a low-power mode offering 30 days of standby time.” I suspect those estimates apply to users who do not enable continuous heart rate monitoring. For reference, my battery started at 100%, dropped to 67% after 24 hours, 46% at 36 hours, and reached 25% by the 48-hour mark—all with continuous heart rate monitoring active.The VeryFit app’s online manual lists several scenarios that may impact battery life. Under this section, it mentions that “daily exercise record for more than 30 minutes” could have a heavy impact. This feels a bit misleading, considering that most smartwatch users expect to track their workouts regularly.MISSING INSTRUCTIONSThe included operation manual only covers the basics: identifying the watch parts, turning it on and off, downloading the VeryFit app, pairing, and a few safety instructions.The lack of further instructions is disappointing. There is no explanation anywhere that swiping up on the watch screen from the bottom accesses your message notifications, or that swiping down opens the basic settings menu. These simple gestures are not always obvious without any guidance.That lack of explanation continues in other sections. For example, the full settings screen on the watch features nine icons—yet nowhere are their functions explained. One icon, for instance, looks like a drop of water. When I tapped it, the watch suddenly started beeping with a message saying “ejecting water,” followed by instructions to shake the watch. Without guidance, these instances can be confusing.LIMITED SPORTS MODESAlthough the product emphasizes having over 100 sports modes, only 12 can be selected at a time within the VeryFit app to appear on your watch. While that may seem like a lot, common activities like walking and running—both indoor and outdoor—already take up four slots. Add in the elliptical, stair stepper, Pilates, yoga, and various types of weight training, and the 12 available slots fill up quickly.INSIGHTFUL FEATURESI do appreciate the sleep analysis offered, and while I do not fully understand it yet, the stress data is fascinating. Some of the exercise insights are very helpful—especially the recovery time estimates and the METs (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) calculations.There are some features I do not plan to use, so I am unable to evaluate them—such as the AI and calling functions—but I can see how they could be beneficial for users looking for those types of capabilities.OVERVIEWI recommend this smartwatch for anyone looking to save money. While it has its flaws—such as the lack of clear instructions and battery life that does not quite match the advertised numbers—it still offers a solid performance with most of the features you would expect from a smartwatch.

Stress monitoring function is especially helpful, it gives me real-time feedback and helps me manage my day better.
