Cute little ring that actually tracks stuff (and no subscription!)
Bought this because I didn’t want to wear a smartwatch 24/7, and it’s been a nice alternative. It looks like a normal rose gold ring, feels super light, and I forget it’s on—even while sleeping. The sleep tracking is the main thing I use and it’s been helpful for spotting patterns, and the heart rate/blood oxygen readings are easy to check for general info. Big bonus: no subscription fee.Just measure your finger carefully before ordering since fit matters for accurate tracking. The app is simple but works. Overall, solid little tracker if you want something low-key.

Good sleep and heart rate tracking
This is my first smart ring. It’s pretty easy to set up and I use it to monitor my heart beat and sleep quality. The results seem to be quite accurate. But one must put the sensor area right under the finger and it’s a bit tricky at the beginning. Also wish it comes with more modern design. Overall it’s such an upgrade from the heavy smart watch I’ve been wearing.
