    Burns cleanly; very powerful scent
This is the second time I have bought this candle, and I don’t find the coffee scent as true to a brewing pot of coffee as I expected. The first time I bought it in spring and had windows open when I burned it, so I didn’t notice how powerful the fragrance is. It is winter as I write this, and the candle is almost overwhelming on a candle warmer. Burning it makes it more tolerable. But I love Village Candles because they burn cleanly and relatively slowly. Also, they are made in America and I want to support American craftsmanship!

    My all time Favorite Candle!!
I am a Candle collector I have thousands of Candles from bath and body works from Goose Creek, Homeworx You name it I have it!! This Village Candle in Scent Coffee Bean is one of my all time Fav’s. Even my teenage boys try to steal this candle from me and put it in there room because it smells ”AMAZING”. It has a very strong throw ”scent” and smells amazing and the wax quality is great. I have burnt this candle for hours and still only half way gone and it burns even and does not pool etc. If you love coffee smell this is the candle for you, don’t miss out on this one ladies and gents.

    authentic not-too-sweet scent
I am really liking my candle so far. The two-wick burn is clean, and the coffee scent is nice- it has a little gourmand sweetness but isn’t a sickenlingly-sweet-latté smell like some coffee candles. The true roasted coffee bean note prevails. It does throw a pretty strong scent too, which to me is a good thing!

Smells good but it’s not coffee
I guess a TRUE coffee scent/aroma in a candle is difficult to do because I have been searching for a long time and still haven’t found one. I had high hopes for this but it fell short. While it’s a nice scent, it’s not coffee in my opinion. If anything I was picking up strong notes of maple…maybe brown sugar and chocolate also. This candle does not smell like a coffee shop, does not smell like coffee just brewed and doesn’t smell like coffee beans. I drink coffee daily and have a jar of coffee beans displayed on my coffee bar and I was comparing the scent of this candle with my jar of beans and it’s not even close. Again, it’s a nice warm scent and has good throw so that’s why I gave it 4 stars but sadly it’s not coffee.

    Ahhhh coffee!
I’m a self-proclaimed coffee fanatic and this candle is one of the best! Strong throw, lasting fragrance. I really like Village candles, the Maple butter is another of my favorites, especially in the fall. The Balsam fir is my favorite Xmas candle, smells so much like a real tree. They burn well and last quite a long while. They are a good price on Amazon also.

    Smell of candle is nice.
The smell of the candle is nice – just like coffee. When I opened box – the glass lid was cracked.

Best coffee candle I’ve ever found!
I’ve searched and searched for a coffee candle that actually smells like COFFEE that doesn’t also smell like hazelnut and chocolate and whipped cream, and a myriad other scents that I didn’t want. AND that has a throw that lasts, instead of the scent vanishing as soon as you light the candle.AND THIS IS THE ONE! I could smell it before I even opened the box. It still smells a bit like coffee with a bit of cream and sugar, not pure black coffee, but it doesn’t smell like a fancy drink from Starbucks, either. I use it when I’m writing, with an ambiance playing of being in a coffee shop, and the smell really puts me there.Best one I’ve ever found. I can honestly recommend this one if you’re looking for a strong coffee smell that hangs around.

    Does NOT smell like coffee
I hardly ever write reviews, but this candle is terrible. It smells more like extremely sweet baked goods and maybe even a hint of bacon that was cooked yesterday and you didn’t wash the pan yet than coffee. It also seems to smell more when it’s not burning than when it is burning. I will likely give this away on buy nothing as I really can’t stand the smell. What a waste.

The scent of coffee is slightly there before burning the candle. Once burnt, I cannot smell coffee at all; it’s strong and fills up the room, but whatever unpleasant scent it caused me headaches 🙁 I gave it away after only 3 tries.

It has a smell reminiscent of maple syrup or brown sugar bubble tea. Please consider this before purchasing if you expect the fresh ground coffee aroma found in cafes.

Prodotto eccezionale, profumo estasiante e proprio di caffè. Bellissima jar. Sta vicino a me in soggiorno, col suo profumo energizzante e inebriante. Oggetto bellissimo
