Great low cost ring!
This is a great fitness ring. Setup was easy, tracking seems accurate, and I’ve used it for 4 days so far and the charge is still at 93%. The rose gold is not rose gold though. It’s gold. Sizing is like regular ring sizes.

So far so good. Super cute, size is my normal ring size. The color seems to fade easy being I recently purchased it. (I know its not real gold/rose gold but I thought the color would last longer and not scratch as easy. All readings seems correct so far. Accurate and functions correctly

inaccurate
2 stars because it was easy to set up and fairly accurate for tracking steps but everything else is totally inaccurate. My HRV was measuring super low so I had a couple friends try it and they got very similar readings. Blood pressure read too low. if you get up at all during the night, or are a light sleeper like me, it’s totally wrong. it didn’t start tracking my sleep until about 4 am and said I got 2 hours and 17 minutes when I probably got more like 6 in total.

This smart ring is awesome, the battery last a lot and is very accurate with the measurements. I really like the sleep function, it let you know how was your sleep even the REM hours. And the best part I dont have to pay any subscription. Very nice product.
