Great Smart Ring with Accurate Tracking
I’ve been testing this smart ring for a few weeks, and it’s been a surprisingly solid alternative to bulkier fitness trackers. The design is lightweight, comfortable, and looks more like jewelry than a gadget. I can wear it all day without noticing it’s there.What I like most:• Accurate health tracking: The heart rate, blood oxygen, and even the blood pressure readings have been consistent with my smartwatch. It’s nice to get all this data without having something on my wrist.• Sleep insights are helpful: The sleep tracker gives a breakdown of deep, light, and REM sleep. It’s actually made me more mindful of my nightly routines.• No subscription fees: Huge plus. Everything syncs instantly with the app, and you don’t have to pay for the basic data you already collected.• Waterproof and durable: I’ve worn it washing dishes, showering, and at the gym—no issues at all.• Good battery life: I can go several days on a single charge, which is convenient.A couple things to note: The ring needs a snug fit for the sensors to track properly, so make sure you choose the right size. An awesome smart ring!
I’m sure everyone considering a smart ring will be at least somewhat familiar with the Aura ring, which is crazy expensive, with a monthly bill as well. This ring is 1/10 the price with no monthly bill. Both rings will suffer from the same limitations. No real way to measure blood pressure from a ring so I ignore those readings. Blood oxygen and pulse work very good, considering the amount of movement I do, as well as the dirt that gets on my hands. It is likely waterproof as I regularly shower and wash my hands while wearing it. Where it really shines is sleep monitoring. It appears to accurately measure my sleep, figuring out light and deep sleep. It also monitors blood oxygen which is great for those of us who snore or have sleep apnea. The battery lasts a solid 4 days and it comes with a nice case with a built in battery to charge it. It also came with colored silicone covers. I’m pretty happy with it, although I’d be pretty pissed if I paid $400 plus a monthly fee for it.

Disappointment
Great looking ring but not accurate. I had high hopes that I could use this instead of a fit bit but I was really disappointed.First, the app that they suggest to use does not connect to the ring. I tried for a couple hours couldn’t figure it out. I emailed and got a message a couple days later in Chinese so I couldn’t read it. I also emailed the helpdesk for the company I purchased the ring from and never heard back from them. Finally, I asked Rufus through Amazon and Rufus suggested a different app which I downloaded and was able to connect the ring. The app was OK, but I didn’t love it.The directions that came with the ring were very minimal and I had so many questions!I purchased it primarily for counting steps and sleep. The steps are extremely inaccurate. I continued to wear the Fitbit so I could compare the steps and the sleep and the steps were off by thousands! If I walked 10,000 steps that day, it would show as 2300 steps!The sleep portion showed more detail than Fitbit does, but it wasn’t the same information between the ring and Fitbit. But not as bad as the steps.It did show heart rate and a few other things, but I really wasn’t interested in that so I don’t know if it was inaccurate or accurate.I wore it for six days thinking that it might need to learn the body, but it was still inaccurate, and the ring started to show wear after the six days so it wasn’t very durable.I guess you really do get what you pay for!! I will be returning and I’m disappointed it didn’t work out.

Less expensive doesn’t mean cheap!
I’m floored. I bought this for myself because my Apple Watch doesn’t do blood pressure, blood oxygen or sleep. Also I can’t wear watches at work. I’m over the moon happy with this ring. The accuracy for heart rate and step count are on par with my Apple Watch and pedometer. Downloaded the app from the App Store and connected the ring with zero issues, chose to allow it to update my health data and its all good.The ring itself fits good, I read the reviews ahead of time and used a plastic ring sizer and when I ordered went up instead of down on the half size so it fits comfortably. I suspect it needs to be a bit snug on purpose to get more accurate readings.To get the best blood pressure monitoring have someone take your blood pressure manually and set up in the software according to the product manual. It’s very accurate once you set it up.Comes with three silicone bands to wear over it so you don’t scratch it up during work or exercise. I find it more comfortable to leave the silicone band over it while sleeping too. Seems pretty durable so far but I’ve only had it a few days. Battery life is outstanding, I changed it to read my heart rate every half hour instead of hour and I expected to have to charge it more but so far its going strong and well over 60 percent power.

The blood pressure feature saved my life.
I have waited to give a review on this because I wanted to see how accurate it is and to my surprise it’s very accurate with the blood pressure (I always recalibrate after it dies) I don’t give it 5 stars because the battery life game is weak. It’s compatible with your phone and looks nice lil bulky but to me that’s not why I bought it. I can say the blood pressure readings had possibly saved my life and saved me money from a medical test or emergency. I love it just wish battery life lasted longer. Great product.

I am amazed at the quality of this ring! It’s a fraction of the price of the Oura ring, doesn’t require a subscription, and is waterproof. It has been comfortable to wear, came in the right size and looks stylish. The app works perfectly, I have had no issues with it.
